Sourcing & Anti-Fraud Policy

1. Where our products come from

Netmar LLC buys every code it sells only from the platform owners and publishers or from distribution partners that they have authorized. We do not buy codes from marketplaces, private sellers, key resellers or any other source whose origin we cannot verify.

• Each code is linked in our records to the supplier and the purchase it came from.
• We sell codes only in the regions the publisher allows, and we show the region on the product page.
• If a supplier or publisher tells us a code is invalid or was issued in error, we stop selling it, replace or refund it, and cooperate with the supplier.
• We do not use publishers' logos or artwork without permission. Product names are used only to describe what the code is for; see the IP & Copyright Policy.

2. Who can buy: accounts and risk-based verification

• Customers must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live) and register with their real first and last name, a unique user name, an e-mail address and a password. Each person may hold one Account.
• We do not collect identity documents from every customer. Instead we use risk-based checks: before we add balance, deliver an order or lift a hold, we may ask for a government ID and a selfie with the same document, in particular for high-value or unusual activity, after a payment dispute, at the request of our payment service provider or where the law requires it. Details are in the Account Verification Policy.
• Dealers in Türkiye are verified before approval: tax certificate (vergi levhası), signature circular (imza sirküleri) and the identity card of the authorized person, reviewed by our staff.
• Registration is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive U.S. or EU sanctions.

3. Fraud and money-laundering prevention

• Payments. Outside Türkiye, every order is paid individually by card through our payment service provider Stripe, with its fraud screening (Radar) and 3-D Secure where the card issuer supports it. We never see or store full card numbers. There is no wallet, stored value or gift card outside Türkiye, so a payment can only buy one specific Product.
• Fixed card values. In Türkiye, NetmarPlus Gift Cards are sold only in fixed values of €5, €10, €15, €20, €25, €50, €75 and €100. There are no open or customer-chosen amounts.
• Limits. Purchases are limited to €1,000 per Account per day. In Türkiye, NetmarPlus Gift Cards are sold only by bank transfer from an account in the customer's own name; each transfer is checked by staff against the bank statement before a card is issued.
• Closed-loop balance. Wallet Balance and NetmarPlus Gift Cards can only be used to buy Products on NetmarPlus. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, cannot be sent to other members and cannot be used anywhere else. This removes the usual ways stored value is used to move money.
• Code-guessing protection. Repeated wrong NetmarPlus Gift Card codes block further attempts for a period. Every card code is unique, generated with a cryptographic random generator and stored once in our database.
• Delivery records. For every order we record the Account, the time of purchase, the Product, the payment reference, the code delivered and the e-mail receipt sent. Codes are shown only inside the signed-in Account. These records are used to answer payment disputes and support requests.
• Payment disputes. If a card payment is disputed or charged back, the Account is suspended automatically, all its sessions are ended and the case is logged for review. Undelivered orders from that payment are cancelled. We answer the dispute with the delivery records.
• Monitoring. We review unusual activity (several Accounts with one payment method, rapid repeated purchases, mismatched countries) and may hold orders for manual review.
• Reporting. We keep records of payments, orders and verifications as the law requires and report suspicious activity to the competent authorities where required.

4. Account and staff security

• Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; sessions are protected and can be ended from the Account.
• Staff access the admin panel with individual accounts, role-based permissions and two-factor authentication.
• Administrative actions (approvals, refunds, balance changes) are written to an audit log.
• Identity and dealer documents are stored in a private, access-controlled storage and deleted when they are no longer needed; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Report a problem
