Account Verification Policy

1. Why and when we verify

Opening a NetmarPlus Account only needs your name, a user name, your e-mail and a password; we do not ask for documents at sign-up. Digital codes are, however, a target for people who pay with stolen cards. To protect customers, Platforms and ourselves, and to meet the rules of the card networks and the laws that apply to us and to our distributor in Türkiye, we use risk-based verification: we may ask you to confirm your identity before we add balance, deliver an order or lift a hold.

We may ask in particular when:

• an order or top-up is high in value, or many purchases are made in a short time;
• the activity is unusual, for example several Accounts using one payment method, or a payment from a country that does not match the Account;
• a payment was disputed or charged back, or a card issuer or our payment service provider asks us to check;
• the law or sanctions rules require it.

2. What we may ask for

• Your full name and date of birth (you must be 18 or older);
• a valid government identity document: passport, national identity card or, where accepted in your country, a driving licence. In Türkiye: the T.C. identity card;
• a selfie in which you hold the same document next to your face;
• where a card payment is checked: proof that you hold the card, for example a photo of the card showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits and your name (cover all other digits and the security code).

The name on your documents must match the name of your Account. Documents must be valid, in colour and show all four corners. Cover any information we do not ask for. We never ask for your password, full card number, card security code or one-time banking codes.

3. How to send documents

We tell you by e-mail what we need. Reply to that e-mail from the e-mail address of your Account and attach the files. Do not send documents through Telegram or other chat apps, and do not send them to any address other than info@netmarplus.net.

• JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 5 MB per file.
• Photos should be sharp, without glare, and show the whole document.

4. Dealers in Türkiye

Dealer applicants in Türkiye are always verified before approval. They upload the company's tax certificate (vergi levhası), the signature circular (imza sirküleri) and the identity card of the authorized person. Our staff review each application; the Toptan (Bayi) Satış Koşulları apply.

5. Decisions

We review documents on business days, usually within 1–2 business days, and tell you the result by e-mail. We may confirm the check, ask for clearer documents, or decline. Reasons to decline include documents that are unreadable, expired, altered or do not match the Account, a person under 18, a second Account, sanctions restrictions or a risk of fraud. If we decline, we may cancel the held order or top-up and refund it to the original payment method or your Wallet, and close the Account.

Registration is not available in countries and regions subject to comprehensive sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine).

6. How documents are protected

Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection and stored in private storage that is not reachable from the public website. Only authorized staff can open them, and staff actions are recorded. Retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy; documents of declined or abandoned checks are deleted after 6 months.
